Accolo was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Lehi, UT. Accolo joined the Orion Talent family of companies in May 2019 and operates as a division of Orion Novotus, a leading provider of RPO Solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations.

John Younger
Founder and Executive Chairman

John’s vision for a completely outsourced staffing solution led him to found y/net in January 1996. After a brief and successful launch of y/net, TriNet acquired John and his company in November 1996 where he remained until December 1999. TriNet was one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing companies in 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999. John left TriNet in January 2000 to start Accolo. Accolo has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013.


Bretton Wall
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Accolo, Bretton spent several years as the managing partner of an investment fund focused on acquiring small companies that provide business process outsourcing. Some notable experiences prior to his role as managing partner include founding Mississippi River Marathon, Inc, a non-profit that hosts road races in Mississippi and Arkansas, as well as service as a corps member of Teach for America, where he taught high school math in the Mississippi Delta. Bretton has an MBA and a MHSA from University of Michigan and a BS in accounting from Brigham Young University.
