John Younger

Chairman of the Board

For over 23 years, John’s passion to dramatically improve how people and jobs find each other has drawn upon his deep understanding of technology, the recruitment process and a core belief that everyone deserves courtesy and respect. Examples of this commitment include: finding an Executive Director for a large mental health facility in upstate New York; an Executive Director for a halfway house for homeless women in Oakland, CA; and working closely with a global solar energy company to find talented individuals across all disciplines as it becomes one of the world’s largest producers of solar energy. John also participates on numerous boards, including being an advisory board member to Astia, a non profit to promote women led organizations.

John was Resumix user #2 in 1988 and established the first Vendor on Premises for both Bank of America and Olsten Corporation in 1992. He was an early adopter of Internet recruiting with the On-Line Career Center (to later become Monster) in 1993, and was user #4 while running his Venture Talent Recruitment Agency in 1998.

John’s vision for a completely outsourced staffing solution led him to found y/net in January 1996. After a successful launch of y/net, TriNet acquired John and his company in November 1996 where he remained until December 1999. TriNet was one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing companies in 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999.

Applauded for his ability to accurately predict trends in the industry and deliver engaging presentations, he has been asked to speak at events in the United States, Australia, Belgium and United Kingdom. Some of these venues and organizations include Kennedy Events, OnRec, Entrepreneurs Organization, Net Impact, Torchiana, Experience Unlimited and Northern California Human Resource Association.

From 1987 to 1994, John was the Vice President of Human Resources for Bank of America where he led technical recruitment for an organization of 16,000 people. John earned a degree from Notre Dame in Mathematics and Computer Science and is a former member of the Unites States National (Olympic) Rowing Team.

Konstantin Guericke

LinkedIn Co-Founder, Konstantin Guericke recently joined the Accolo Board of Directors. Mr. Guericke, in addition to being a highly successful entrepreneur, has a passion for exploring the intersection of psychology, sociology and computing. See More >

Guericke, who graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. and M.S. in engineering, is a venture partner at Earlybird Venture Capital, serves on the board of Doximity and mentors Stanford student entrepreneurs. Mr. Guericke previously served as CEO of jaxtr, a social communications startup with over 10 million members, and led LinkedIn’s marketing as vice president from pre-product phase to six million members and profitability. Prior to LinkedIn, Konstantin served as vice president of marketing at slide sharing community, and as vice president of sales and marketing for Black Sun Interactive, a pioneer in 3-D social software at the dawn of the web. Ho Nam is a General Partner of Altos Ventures, focusing on investments in the areas of software, digital media, and infrastructure technologies. He currently serves as a director of Accolo, Billeo, Echo, Trilibis Mobile, and WhiteHat Security. Ho led the firm’s prior investments in Axis Systems (Cadence), Enwisen (Infor), Evolve (Oracle), Immunet (Sourcefire), (Real Networks), Nishan Systems (Brocade), Pixo (Sun), Provato (I-Many), SayNow (Google), Soundpipe (Comdial) and Yosemite Technologies (Barracuda Networks).

Ho began his VC career at Trinity Ventures in 1990 and began his professional career at Bain & Company where he advised clients in technology and consumer products industries. Before joining Altos Ventures in 1996, Ho worked at Silicon Graphics and Octel Communications.

Ho received an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Dr. Charles E. Saunders

Dr. Charles E. Saunders

Charles E. Saunders, M.D., currently heads Aetna’s Strategic Diversification efforts and is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Broadlane. See More >

Prior to joining Broadlane, Dr. Saunders served as president of the Healthcare Global Industry Solutions division of EDS, where he was responsible for leadership of EDS’ global healthcare solutions, including strategy, thought leadership, business development and sales.

Prior to EDS, Dr. Saunders served as chief medical officer for Healtheon/WebMD, where he was a key member of the senior management team responsible for growing the company from a start-up to the largest IPO in healthcare history. Prior to that, Dr. Saunders served as a principal of AT Kearney/EDS, where he headed the healthcare practice for the western United States.

During his career, Dr. Saunders also has served as executive director for San Francisco General Hospital’s managed care programs, as medical director for the emergency medical services of the City and County of San Francisco and as director of the emergency department for the University of Colorado Health Sciences division. He has been and active practitioner and serviced on the faculty in Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, Vanderbilt University and the University of Colorado.

Dr. Saunders received his doctorate in medicine from Johns Hopkins University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. He is board certified in internal medicine and in emergency medicine and is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
