Employment brand management is critical
Whether or not a candidate gets a position with your company, you want to ensure that their exposure to your brand during the hiring process is engaging and respectful. For candidates that you hire, this may be their first exposure to your company, and they will remember this experience as they join your team. However, the vast majority of candidates will not be hired. These candidates go through the highly personal process of putting their best foot forward only to be told that their abilities do not match the company’s needs.
