Finding a perfect fit in a potential employee is a lot more than picking the best resume out of the stack and checking to see if they know how to dress well on interview day. Arguably one of the most important aspects in a hire is to gauge how well that person will fit into your company’s culture. But how does one go about learning how a stranger will fit in? Do you force them to meet everyone in the office speed dating style? Have an induction ritual in the parking lot complete with torches, masks and chanting? Consult the office psychic? Have a Battle Royal?
