About the presenters:
Andy Harmon is a Senior Hiring Consultant for Accolo. Over the past 12 years in the staffing and recruiting industry, Mr. Harmon has interviewed thousands of candidates across a wide range of industries and skill sets. He has also been responsible for training others on the practices associated with effective interviewing skills, candidate process management, and decision making.
Paul Clothier is Accolo’s Director of Training and Development. In this role, he ensures that employees and clients receive the highest quality, most effective training on all aspects of Accolo’s methodology and process. He has been in the training and learning field for over 25 years teaching both soft-skills and technical skills. His articles on training and eLearning have been featured in numerous training magazines and he is a regular presenter at national training and learning conferences. He is the author of The Complete Computer Trainer.
