Enterprise RPO
The Enterprise RPO program is designed for companies that need six or more hires supported per month. At this hiring level, we will provide your company with full-time on-site support. One or more Accolo Hiring Consultants will work at your offices, giving you the advantage of a recruiting team that knows your company and culture, but still brings the scale and breadth of resources that only Accolo can provide.

On Demand RPO
For companies that need a full recruiting infrastructure and are making up to five hires per month, the On Demand RPO program gives you a highly scalable recruiting department with very little fixed overhead. You receive the full support of our people, process, technology and resources, but only pay for jobs when you need to hire for them. This program is particularly beneficial to smaller companies that are experiencing rapid growth or larger companies that need support for a discrete business unit or job function.

Project Support
