Overview
Accolo’s Universal Hiring Platform (UHP) is a proprietary technology that drives significant efficiencies and enforces recruiting best practices. From our client and Hiring Manager perspective, it provides a simple web portal. This portal serves as a central collaboration tool for Hiring Managers, HR and operations teams and the Accolo delivery team. It provides all of the tracking, compliance and reporting functionality, replacing the need for an applicant tracking system (ATS). There is nothing for you to buy, customize, install or maintain.

Collaborative workspace
Each hiring manager has a three screen console where they can review candidates, make decisions, and communicate with their Hiring Consultant. No crowded inboxes or questions about where that candidate’s resume has gone. Access what you want, when you want.
