Accolo’s proprietary technology drives significant efficiencies and enforces recruiting best practices.  From our client and Hiring Manager perspective, it provides a simple web portal.  This portal serves as a central collaboration tool for Hiring Managers, HR and operations teams and the Accolo delivery team.  It provides all of the tracking, compliance and reporting functionality, replacing the need for an applicant tracking system.  There is nothing for you to buy, customize, install or maintain.

Web based
Instead of expensive software that you have to purchase, customize and install, Accolo’s web application is maintained by us, not you. That means no upgrades, new versions to install or limited access if you’re on the road.  Simplicity is great.

Collaborative workspace
Each hiring manager has a three screen console when they can review candidates, make decisions, and communicate with their Hiring Consultant.  No crowded inboxes or questions about where that candidate’s resume has gone.  Access what you want, when you want. 

Employer branding
From job postings to follow-up emails, we support your brand, not Accolo’s.  This visibility sets us apart from a traditional staffing agency with both clients and candidates.  Since we augment or become your internal recruiting function, you should expect no less.

EEO and OFCCP compliant
We track everything necessary to meet EEO and OFCCP guidelines.  In fact, we’ve partnered with the EEOC on compliance issues.
