  • High-touch support - You will have an Accolo Recruiting Consultant assigned to manage your job from start to finish. Our Recruiting Consultants are trained both in traditional recruiting, researching and sourcing as well as the techniques and process specific to Accolo's methodology. We call them Consultants for a reason -- providing great candidates is essential, but they can advise you on a wide range of recruiting, interviewing and hiring topics. After every job, we ask you for feedback on the Recruiting Consultant's performance. On average, our clients rate the service they receive from our Recruiting Consultants a 4.3 on a 5-point scale.
  • Time savings - We ask for 15-30 minutes for an initial job profile, and 10-15 minutes of follow up to develop your job description, screening questions and recruiting plan. After that, all recruiting decisions are made at the click of a button – hiring, declining, scheduling. On average, we introduce the person you will hire in 13 days, and he/she starts work in 44 days.
  • Cost savings - What does it cost you per month to support multiple postings, recruiters, agencies, and your own time? We can beat it by a long shot. Our technology makes us extremely efficient, and our economies of scale allow us to pass the savings along to you. Our clients also enjoy a significant reduction in the need for agencies.
  • Source agnostic - We will use any source to find the right person. No games, no self interest, no preferential treatment. Referrals, posting leads, professional organizations, you name it – we will use them all to fill your job.
  • Respect for candidates - Job seekers are customers and references as well. We make sure they receive follow up, regardless of the outcome. What goes around comes around - we’ll make your mother proud of you.

  1. Tell us what you need in your own words. We’ll step you through some questions so we can design your job description, multiple choice questions and behavioral questions.
  2. Review and approve the job description and pre-interview questions designed by Accolo. Then we get to work.
  3. Check your personal Accolo Console. Once candidates are found, screened and pre-interviewed, Accolo notifies you once a day by e-mail that you have candidates available for review in your personal “Make Decisions” console. From there, you can schedule an interview, extend an offer, or decline with a click. We do the rest for you.

Every job we support receives an end-to-end recruitment solution. Each job supported includes a dedicated Accolo Consultant, a detailed recruitment plan specific to that job, documented screening and pre-interviewing of every applicant, complete EEO data capture and applicant tracking, and a web-based Hiring Manager Console that automates workflow.

  1. Project Support / Pilot -You can purchase support for a block of jobs either as a pilot program or to supplement your existing recruiting capacity.
  2. On Demand - For smaller companies that have variable hiring needs, this annual plan provides you management of your entire recruiting function with minimal financial commitment.
  3. Enterprise - Accolo will provide a multi-year service agreement to support all of your positions. A base level of support is set to meet the low water mark of your recruiting needs, with the perfect ability to scale as your company experiences cyclical or seasonal hiring fluctuations. This option includes on-site deployment, integration into HRMS, and performance-based service level agreements.

  • Executive Recruitment Support - While Accolo’s core process has filled positions from assistants to C-level, some jobs require a higher level of TLC. When managing executive jobs requiring Board-level interaction, additional support will be required. In those instances, Accolo provides full-service executive search for all types of positions
  • Contractor Recruitment and Payrolling Services - In those cases where you have project-based needs or would like to see a candidate in action before making a full-time hire, this option may be the right choice. The total cost of this service is typically 28% over the hourly rate paid to the candidate, and includes locating the candidate, payroll and time card management, insurance and worker’s comp, 401K and all government reporting requirements.

Within 30 days, Accolo will find, electronically interview and present at least 7 candidates who meet or exceed the criteria defined in your approved recruitment plan or you will receive a 100% credit toward another position of your choice. If you hire a candidate who was presented by Accolo, even if you did not receive at least seven candidates, our Performance Guarantee will be considered met.
